its inception in 1985, Poly Fluoro has built its
name on quality, innovation and customer service in the PTFE / Teflon®
industry. Over the last twenty years, we have supplied high-quality processed PTFE / Teflon® stock shapes and engineered components, including PTFE / Teflon® tapes, PTFE / Teflon® sheets, PTFE / Teflon® films, PTFE / Teflon® membranes, PTFE / Teflon® rods, PTFE / Teflon® gaskets, PTFE / Teflon® bushes and PTFE / Teflon® bridge bearings, to a broad range of customers for industrial, electronic, machine tool and infrastructure related applications. The introduction of Lubring™, our proprietary filled-grade PTFE slideway bearing material, helped to establish our reputation as an industry pioneer. Our components division, staffed by highly skilled machinists, CNC programmers and CNC operators, uses state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology (including SolidEdge® and NX CAM Express® software) to ensure that our PTFE machined components attain industry-leading levels of accuracy. Our recent move into PTFE / Teflon® spaghetti tubing, through our proprietary brand, FluoroTube™, makes us the first manufacturer of paste-extruded PTFE / Teflon® tubing in India. Our state-of-the-art plant allows us to service the medical and laboratory device industries, as well as PTFE / Teflon® tubing customers from the electrical, automotive and chemical industries. |
